Former WWE Superstar Alberto Del Rio captured the AAA World Heavyweight championship on Sunday night at AAA’s Guerra de Titanes event.

“El Patron” is now the first wrestler in history to hold World Heavyweight titles in WWE, CMLL and AAA.

He’s expected to start with AAA’s Lucha Underground promotion in January.
