La Liga side Real Betis this afternoon confirmed the €24m signing of attacking midfielder Giovani Lo Celso from PSG through the activation of a clause in an initial loan deal.

Les Parisiens attempted to convince Lo Celso to return to the club after his loan spell, but the player decided to continue his Andalusian adventure, according to RMC.

The 23-year-old has signed a contract with Betis until 2023.
