With Mauricio Pochettino testing several of PSG’s youth players during a hectic pre-season that has progressed without a host of major stars following EURO 2020 and the Copa America this summer, decisions continue to be made on their futures at the club. French teenage striker Kenny Nagera is the latest to leave.
Nagera (19) has joined Bastia, who have just returned to Ligue 2 from the lower reaches of French football after dropping down the leagues in 2018, on loan for the fast approaching 2021/22 campaign. Nagera has come through the youth ranks in Paris and has appeared in the UEFA Youth League and prestigious youth tournament the Gambardella Cup along the way, having also made a brief first team outing against Strasbourg last season.
Under contract with PSG until 2025, this will be Nagera’s first full senior season.
