Apparently, Kim Kardashian West’s internet detox doesn’t extend to her assistant. This week, as the reality star’s social media boycott approaches its second month, Stephanie Sheppard took control of her boss’s app and website. And Steph Shep (as KUWTK fans know her) isn’t holding back. On Thursday, Sheppard delivered the goods when she shared a handful of behind-the-scenes photos from Kardashian’s iconic naked photo shoot in the desert where she wore nothing but white body paint.

“For this photo shoot, I snuck Kim out of her house in the little car I had at the time and drove to the desert a couple hours away to meet with photographer Kesler Tran,” Sheppard wrote on Kardashian’s website. The purpose of the shoot, as the 36-year-old explained during a May 2015 episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, was to create new content for her website, and to help her feel more comfortable in her skin as she dealt with a psoriasis flare up.

“I’ll always remember this day because I really saw how fun and fearless Kim was. Her confidence inspires me to be comfortable with myself,” Shep concluded, adding, “She really does bring that out in me. She encourages me to stay motivated, try new projects and push myself personally and professionally—while still having fun.”
