Indian Army Comes To The Rescue Of 150 Tourists Stranded In Subzero Temperatures In Sikkim Snowfall

The swift action by the Indian Army has brought to safety some 150 tourists who were stranded in heavy snowfall in North Sikkim on Wednesday.

The army had to intervene after unprecedented snowfall in a span of two hours cut off the popular tourist destinations in Lachung Valley, rendering the tourists helpless.
