Last week on NXT TV, Johnny Gargano had an in-ring segment with the NXT Champion Andrade “Cien” Almas that resulted in Zelina Vega accepting to put the NXT Title on the line in behalf of Almas. Johnny Gargano then said that he will put his career on the line against Almas’ NXT Title. The huge Career vs. title match between Johnny Gargano and NXT Champion Andrade “Cien” Almas has been confirmed for next Wednesday’s show and if Gargano loses then he will have to leave NXT for good.
