WHAT MAKES A professional rugby player tick?
Well, this new video featuring Robbie Henshaw shows the efforts the Irish international goes to when preparing for a game.
We see the combination of brawn and brains the 22-year old puts into his fitness regime — with a spike of 170 beats per minute — and how he has to consume 3,500-4,000 calories per day — but that he burns off ‘very quickly’ — when he’s in training.
Henshaw also talks about what it meant to score his first international try and how he relaxes when at home.
