Yet Chateau Figeac, a wine domain nestling next to the legendary Cheval Blanc on Bordeaux’s Right Bank, is locked in a bitter family feud.
It is pitting the eldest of four daughters against her mother and two younger siblings over claims she was unfairly deprived of the right to run the estate.
