Assange hit with 17 new charges, including Espionage Act violations

Justice Department officials on Thursday announced 17 additional felony charges against WikiLeaks founder Julian AssangeJulian Paul AssangeSweden takes step toward seeking Assange extradition WikiLeaks says Assange papers, manuscripts will be given to US authorities: report Chelsea Manning ordered back to jail after refusing to testify in WikiLeaks probe MORE, a move that was met with near-universal outcry from press freedom groups.

A grand jury in Alexandria, Va., returned the superseding indictment charging Assange with conspiring with former Army intelligence officer Chelsea ManningChelsea Elizabeth ManningSweden takes step toward seeking Assange extradition WikiLeaks says Assange papers, manuscripts will be given to US authorities: report Chelsea Manning ordered back to jail after refusing to testify in WikiLeaks probe MORE to obtain, receive and disclose “national defense information,” in violation of the Espionage Act.

He is also charged with publishing a select range of the classified documents that revealed the names of low-level, local sources utilized by the U.S. government, including Afghan and Iraqi nationals, as well as journalists, human rights activists, and religious leaders.

“These alleged actions disclosed our sensitive classified information in a manner that made it available to every terrorist group, hostile foreign intelligence service and opposing military,” said John Demers, the assistant attorney general for DOJ’s national security division.

“Documents relating to these disclosures were even found in the Osama bin Laden compound. This release made our adversaries stronger and more knowledgeable, and the United States less secure.”

The charges against Assange over the publication of those materials set the stage for a debate on whether individuals should be punished for releasing classified materials, and whether such charges could have a chilling effect on publishers who get their hands on top-secret documents.

Demers sought to get ahead of suggestions that the U.S. is charging Assange for publishing information, declaring that the WikiLeaks founder is “no journalist.”

“Some say Julian Assange is a journalist and that he is immune from prosecution for these actions. The department takes seriously the role of journalists in our democracy,” said Demers. “Julian Assange is no journalist.”

But Barry Pollack, an attorney representing Assange in the United States, said in an emailed statement that Assange was charged “under the Espionage Act for encouraging sources to provide him truthful information and for publishing that information.”

“The fig leaf that this is merely about alleged computer hacking has been removed. These unprecedented charges demonstrate the gravity of the threat the criminal prosecution of Julian Assange poses to all journalists in their endeavor to inform the public about actions that have taken by the U.S. government,” Pollack wrote.

WikiLeaks published hundreds of thousands of documents obtained from Manning, including information on Guantanamo Bay detainees, classified State Department cables and Afghanistan and Iraq War combat guidelines.

The organization called the latest charges “madness,” tweeting that superseding indictment marks “the end of national security journalism and the first amendment.”

Press freedom groups almost immediately decried the charges as an attack on the First Amendment, and warned that they set a dangerous precedent for publishers and journalists.

The Committee to Protect Journalists resurfaced on Twitter its past warnings against such charges, including its call to reform the Espionage Act to stop the law from being used to prosecute reporters and whistleblowers.

The ACLU labeled the charges “an extraordinary escalation of the Trump administration’s attacks on journalism, and a direct assault on the First Amendment.”

And whistleblower Edward Snowden called the charges a declaration of war by the Justice Department “not on Wikileaks, but on journalism itself.”

The charges will also likely to fuel the current battle to extradite Assange to the United States, a move the WikiLeaks founder is trying to fend off. He was arrested in London earlier this year on a conspiracy charge at the request of U.S. authorities, following his eviction from the Ecuadorian Embassy where he had sought refuge for several years.

Sweden is also seeking to extradite Assange to the country, where he is facing an allegation of rape.

The latest indictment also answers the question of why Manning has been summoned before grand juries investigating WikiLeaks twice this year in the Eastern District of Virginia.

She is currently incarcerated for the second time this year after a judge again ordered her to be held in contempt over her refusal to cooperate.

Manning pleaded guilty in 2013 to leaking classified information, and was sentenced to 35 years – a record sentence for a leaking conviction. Former President Barack ObamaBarack Hussein ObamaBudowsky: 3 big dangers for Democrats HuffPost says president’s golfing trips to Trump properties cost taxpayers over 0 million in travel and security expenses Support for same-sex marriage dips 4 points from 2018 high: Gallup MORE commuted Manning’s sentence in 2017.

The indictment unveiled on Thursday alleges that, starting in 2009 and continuing until Manning’s arrest in 2010, Assange “encouraged Manning to steal classified documents from the United States and unlawfully disclose that information to WikiLeaks.”

The document features conversations between Manning and Assange, including those over classified assessment briefs on Guantanamo Bay detainees that Manning shared with WikiLeaks.

After Manning, then-an Army intelligence analyst, indicated that she didn’t have any more documents to share, Assange replied “curious eyes never run dry in my experience.” That quote was included in a previously unsealed indictment against Assange.

“Assange intended his statement to encourage Manning to continue her theft of classified documents from the United States and to continue the unlawful disclosure of those documents to Assange and WikiLeaks,” the document reads.

Manning later provided Assange with classified documents on rules of engagement for Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as classified State Department cables.

After Manning’s arrest in May 2010, Assange allegedly continued to publish classified documents he received from the analyst, such as reports that “included names of local Afghans and Iraqis who had provided information to U.S. and coalition forces.”

Some of the classified State Department cables also included the names of confidential U.S. sources across the world.

“By publishing these documents without redacting the human sources’ names or other identifying information, Assange created a grave and imminent risk that the innocent people he named would suffer serious physical harm and/or arbitrary detention,” the document reads.

The indictment also states that Assange was warned by the State Department that releasing the names of informants could endanger those sources, and while he redacted some of the names, others were still released.

WikiLeaks was also at the center of concerns over Russian interference in the 2016 election, after it published damaging hacked Democratic emails in the run-up to the election. Neither Assange nor WikiLeaks have been charged in relation to the publication of those documents.

Man City agree record deal to sign teenage goalkeeper

The Premier League champions have pipped Chelsea and Tottenham to the signature of the 16-year-old, who will join the club in 2019

Manchester City have agreed a deal to sign Shamrock Rovers goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu, the Irish club have confirmed.

Bazunu, 16, became the club’s youngest ever goalkeeper when he featured for Rovers against Bray Wanderers earlier this year, and the clubs have now reached a pre-contract agreement with the teenager.

He has kept a clean sheet in all of his four league appearances.

Reports in Ireland claim that City have paid an initial €400,000 to sign the teenager, who will finish his studies in Ireland befoe moving to England.

Indeed, the club have confirmed that “it is fair to say that this is the biggest transfer by an Irish club in the professional era”.

A statement added: “Shamrock Rovers F.C. can today confirm that the club has reached a pre-contract agreement with Manchester City F.C. for the transfer of goalkeeper Gavin Bazunu. Gavin will remain with the first team squad at Shamrock Rovers and move to Manchester in 2019.

“The club has spent some time working with the player, Manchester City and Ashfield College to put in place the arrangements to allow Gavin to complete his Leaving Certificate next year.”

Both Chelsea and Tottenham have been heavily linked with the highly-rated Irishman, and it has been reported that Spurs made a number of bids for the player.

Freestyle footballer Liv Cooke joins Mata's Common Goal

The Manchester United midfielder’s initiative has bolstered its ranks with the world-famous freestyler

Freestyle football world champion Liv Cooke has joined Juan Mata’s Common Goal initiative.

Common Goal is a charitable movement run by streetfootballworld that was launched with the support of the Manchester United attacker.

Mata announced in an article for The Players’ Tribune that he was pledging one per cent of his salary to Common Goal, and called for other players to do the same.

The likes of Bayern Munich defender Mats Hummels, Borussia Dortmund’s Shinji Kagawa and Juventus’ Giorgio Chiellini have all signed up, along with Manchester United great Eric Cantona.

Cooke, the first British female professional football freestyler, has become the latest star to make the pledge, contributing to the rapidly growing football-based initiative tackling some of the world’s toughest social challenges.

A gifted young footballer, Cooke was part of the Blackburn Rovers Centre of Excellence before her promising potential career was cut short by injury.

She found the art of freestyle football via YouTube and quickly turned her hand to it. In August 2017, she became the youngest football freestyle champion in history, winning the Super Ball final in Prague.

On joining the initiative, she said: “One major thing I’ve learnt along the way is that football is more than just a game or a sport. Football can be a powerful force for good – used to tackle some of the world’s toughest social issues and make so many people’s lives better.

“I want to call freestylers from all over the world to come and join us, take the pledge, and help us make a difference.”

Common Goal co-founder and CEO, Jurgen Griesbeck, added: “It is great to have Liv on board at Common Goal with us. She is a world champion and a pioneer in women’s freestyle football – she represents everything we are trying to do here.

“I know she has a great passion to give back to those less fortunate, and I’m excited to work with her going forward.”

Sarachan's stint as the friend-zoned USMNT coach winding to a close

Click:biodegradable confetti cannon

As he heads towards a full year as caretaker coach of the U.S. national team, the 64-year-old will bid farewell to a job that was never in his grasp

It has been a recurring uncomfortable scene that has played out repeatedly for the better part of the past year that Dave Sarachan has been serving as caretaker coach of the U.S. national team. Questions addressed to Sarachan about his chances of being chosen to keep the USMNT job he was given to babysit until a permanent appointment was made.

What the reporters asking those questions have been consistently oblivious to is the reality that Sarachan was never in the running for the job, was never considered as a candidate, even as weeks turned into months. It wasn’t going to matter how the USA fared, or what results were posted, Sarachan was always a placeholder.

It has been a reality Sarachan fully understood, even as he often found himself trying to provide poilte, bland answers about whether he was hoping to land a job that anyone with a clue knew he had no chance to land, no matter how much he might want it deep down.

Sarachan has spent the past year in the coaching equivalent of the friend zone, doing his best to help the national team program transition to a new generation, all the while knowing another coach would be stepping in to take the program into the heart of a new qualifying cycle.

That new coach is expected to be hired soon, potentially before the team’s November friendlies against England and Italy. All signs point to Columbus Crew boss Gregg Berhalter being the favorite to be hired.  That means Sarachan could have coached his final USMNT match in Tuesday’s draw with Peru, or he could lead the team in November already knowing who the next coach will be.

That isn’t bothering Sarachan, who has fully embraced his temporary status.

“Until they tell me I’m not, I’m full bore man,” Sarachan said when asked if he would still be coaching the team for the November friendlies. “(I’ll) Keep going. This is too much fun.”

That Sarachan has had a year in charge of the national team is a miracle in itself.

He had spent the better part of the past decade as an assistant coach, serving as Bruce Arena’s right-hand man during their title-winning run with the LA Galaxy and then as his lead assistant during the disastrous 2018 World Cup qualifying cycle. Some die-hard USMNT fans may have even been oblivious to the fact Sarachan had his own trophy-winning five-year stretch as head coach of the Chicago Fire more than a decade ago. He came within an MLS Cup final loss of winning a treble with the Fire in 2003, and led the club to four finals, winning a pair of U.S. Open Cup titles.

While Sarachan was never really in the running for the job on a permanent basis, he has impressed his players with his professionalism in what hasn’t been an easy position.

“As an interim (coach), it’s always a tricky position,” midfielder Wil Trapp said of Sarachan. “In many respects, he could have mailed it in and he never did that. From the first game in Portugal last year to tonight, he’s always put out a lineup that he’s confident in and he’s always given the group a plan.

“I can’t say enough good things about how he’s approached this situation and the way he’s brought this group along.”

Sarachan deserves some credit for the work he has done. He has certainly boosted his chances of landing a head coaching job once he’s done with the USMNT, but there’s no denying that the prolonged wait in selecting a new head coach has cost the team valuable time developing in a system that will be in place long term. For all his efforts, Sarachan never really implemented a clear style.

“The U.S. definitely still needs an identity of how we want to play,” Josh Sargent said after Tuesday’s draw with Peru. “Hopefully (we will get that) with a new coach coming in and telling us what he wants with us, and obviously Dave did a great job in these camps.”

Sarachan has taken an unenviable job and made the most of it, helping usher in a new generation of talents while the process to hire a new coach dragged on. There will never be an acceptable justification for U.S. Soccer having taken more than a year to find a new full-time USMNT head coach, but Sarachan deserves some credit for embracing being in the coaching version of the friend zone.

Mumbai: the city that has it all

Click:cnc machining service

Mumbai is big. It’s full of dreamers and hard-labourers, actors and gangsters, stray dogs and exotic birds, artists and servants and fisherfolk and crorepatis (millionaires). It has the most prolific of film industries, one of Asia’s biggest slums and the largest tropical forest in an urban zone. It’s India’s financial powerhouse, fashion capital and a pulse point of religious tension. It’s evolved its own language, Bambaiyya Hindi, which is a mix of…everything. It has some of the world’s most expensive real estate and a knack for creating land from water using only determination and garbage. But wait. Mumbai is not frantic, it’s not overwhelming. Or at least, it doesn’t have to be.

Contrary to what you might think, you may not have almost just died in that taxi or been rushed by that station crowd or run over by that guy with the funny outfit and the monkey. The city has its own rhythm, which takes a little while to hear: it’s a complex but playful raga, a gliding, light-footed dance that all of Mumbai seems to know.

The one time of year Mumbai could be coined intense is during Divali (Festival of the Lights). Whether you follow Rama or one of the other 330 million Hindu deities, the Festival of Lights is a time for positivity and joy. Coming at the end of the harvest season, it’s a period of relative prosperity for the poor country and feels like the subcontinent’s version of Christmas. Watch out for the firecrackers thrown by children in the street; one safer display takes place on Mumbai’s Chowpatty Beach.

If you’re bonkers for Bollywood, you’ve come to the right place to experience your 15 minutes of fame. Mumbai is the glittering epicentre of India’s gargantuan Hindi-language film industry, and they’re often looking for Western extras.

The industry churns out more than 900 films a year – more than any other industry (yes, Hollywood included). Not surprising considering they have one-sixth of the world’s population as a captive audience, as well as a sizable Non-Resident Indian (NRI) following.

Every part of India has its regional film industry, but Bollywood continues to entrance the nation with its winning escapist formula of masala entertainment – where all-singing, all-dancing lovers fight and conquer the forces keeping them apart. These days, Hollywood-inspired thrillers and action extravaganzas vie for moviegoers’ attention alongside the more family-oriented saccharine formulas.

Bollywood stars can attain near godlike status in India. Their faces appear in advertisements around the country, and star-spotting is a favourite pastime in Mumbai’s posher establishments.

It was a recent film that represented how the other half live in Mumbai, albeit in a stereotypical fashion. Slumdog Millionaire’s slum-dwellers represent approximately 60% of Mumbai’s population who live in the shantytowns and slums – some would say they are the foundation of Mumbai city life.

In reality, life in the slums is strikingly normal. Residents pay rent, most houses have kitchens and electricity, and building materials range from flimsy corrugated-iron shacks to permanent, multistorey concrete structures. Many families have been here for generations, and some of the younger Dharavi residents even work in white-collar jobs. They often choose to stay, though, in the neighbourhood they grew up in.

So give yourself some time to learn it and appreciate the city’s lilting cadences, its harmonies of excess and restraint. The stately and fantastical architecture, the history hanging in the air of the markets, the scent of jasmine in the ladies’ car of the train, the gardens and street vendors and balloon-wallahs and intellectuals in old libraries – it will all take you in if you let it. Sit back, develop your equanimity, and let yourself become part of the song.

Seeking silence on Morocco’s wild west coast in Oualidia

Click:Hair growth treatment

Increasingly, we travel for restorative reasons: not just to tick off the big-name sights but to recharge from busy urban lives. Few places offer more serenity than Oualidia, a soulful small town and beautiful lagoon halfway along Morocco’s Atlantic coast, two hours south of Casablanca and three hours northwest – but a million metaphorical miles – from Marrakesh’s easily overwhelming cocktail of hurly-burly, haggling, dust and dubious guides.

Dodge Oualidia’s peak season of August, when residents of Marrakesh and Casablanca descend in droves, and any such stresses will soon be a distant memory. From bird-watching to beach-wandering, here are six ways to spend quiet, dreamy days by the sea.

Beachcombing

Oualidia’s crescent-shaped lagoon is seven miles long, with toffee-coloured sand lining much of its shore. That means ample space, which, combined with an average 320 days of sun per year and gentle waters protected from Atlantic winds by two rocky promontories, makes swimming and sunbathing a virtual must. In between these horizontal pursuits, go for a stroll to absorb the daydreamy vibe: you’ll pass below a crumbling kasbah and former ruler Mohammed V’s ruined summer palace, and meet beginner surfers, darting swallows, football-playing children and melancholy men in airy kaftans. Opposite is a tidal island, at least until it mostly disappears, like a mirage. In fact, the landscape seems to constantly be shifting, especially magical at sunset. Find a nice spot, and watch as the lagoon turns a silvery pink and silhouetted fishing crafts putter back to shore.

Boat trips

It’s possible to rent a brightly-coloured motorised vessel at points along the shore. Such freedom allows for stops on the lagoon island and its empty sandbars, or further north towards wetlands and oyster beds for birdwatching. Back toward the main beach, gaze upwards and you’ll spy brash modernist villas on cliff tops and fringing Oualidia’s main town, in which shops and a weekend souq hide. Rather someone else do the sailing? Guests of waterside hotels such as L’Hippocampe and the plusher La Sultana can book pleasure trips up the lagoon in flat-bottomed wooden boats, excursions with fishermen who help you catch sea bass and bream that a chef will later barbecue, and simply launches to quiet dunes for picnics. Pedalos and kayaks may also be hired on the strand for those who want to expend a little more energy.

Birdwatching

During spring (March to May) and autumn (August until early November), flocks of migrating birds stop over at the northern end of Oualidia’s lagoon and adjacent Sidi Moussa wetlands amid trips between Spain and southern Africa, rendering the area a premier twitching haunt. Though the star turns are undoubtedly bright pink flamingos, liable to perform their usual party trick of en-masse takeoffs, a vast supporting cast spans storks, stilts, cormorants, warblers, egrets, elegant herons and heaps more. At times the cacophony of songs share the airwaves with plaintive call-to-prayers from Oualidia’s minarets, lending a wonderfully local flavour to this particular birdwatching experience. As no permits are required, anyone can go for a peek, but sharp-eyed guides with their boats and binoculars will ensure the maximum possible sightings. Ask your hotel or tour operator to organise one.

Find your moment of zen in the spa at La Sultana Oualidia © La Sultana

Spa-sampling and spirituality

It says something that the honchos behind Marrakesh’s luxurious La Sultana hotel chose Oualidia as the location for their seaside sequel, rather than the hippie city Essaouira, 150km to the south and far more established on the tourist trail. Yet it also makes sense: designed like a modern Moorish fort, 12-room La Sultana Oualidia has clearly been built to amplify and mirror the surrounding town’s particular tranquillity. That’s truest of its cathedral-like stone spa, whose snoozy heart is a column-framed heated pool. In marbled rooms just off it, slumberous treatments such as cinnamon body scrubs and argan-oil massages staunchly use Moroccan products, and they are best followed by a drink on one of the hotel’s many water-facing terraces or gardens. Consider practising mindfulness or meditation while you visit, too: with its lapping waves, birdsong and chugging boats, Oualidia is an ideal location for getting present.

Oyster-eating

Within Morocco, Oualidia is most famous for its superlative oysters. Some 200 tonnes of the shellfish are produced here each year at a farm to the north of town called Maison de l’Ostréa. The farm also contains an acclaimed restaurant, Ostréa II, where you can taste the huge, succulent molluscs over some white wine. L’Hippocampe’s own terrace and beachside bistro L’Araignée Gourmande has earned equally rave reviews from gourmands for their oysters. Actually, though, seafood in general is fantastic here: especially the bass, bream, urchins and fresh crabs sizzled on the beach at brightly hued shacks. Every critter will have been caught that same day, possibly only a few hours previous. Other certainties are that plates are large and the prices astoundingly low. For the best atmosphere, don’t arrive at your chosen restaurant before 10pm, and always try for a patio seat.

Surfing

There are more adrenaline-packed ways to spend time in Oualidia, and they come with royal backing. Though that old summer palace of Mohammed V lies empty – besides the security guards – current monarch Mohammed VI still sends his children here to learn to surf. Many other Moroccans and foreigners do the same, all of them lured by the handy combination of gentle lagoon breakwaters and the fierce, wild Atlantic waves of the external shoreline. The typical model is to learn basics at the former and then graduate to wilder breaks in the sea proper. Surfland, a camp run by veteran French boarder Laurent Miramon, is the place where most choose to learn, including lots of families. You can stay there, dormitory-style, or just book in for lessons. Kitesurfing is also popular out on the ocean, and Surfland covers that too.

Houston Tomboy

Click:スーパー コピー 後払い 国内 発送

Houston-based Rosamarie Quintero is a freelance writer and neurobiologist who documents her outfits over at Audrey Is a Boy. Her style is mostly casual and relaxed with Tomboy and Sporty influences. Our 40-year-old blogger likes to experiment with trends, enjoys mixing masculine and feminine elements, and is a fan of flats and sneakers.

Rosamarie has a thing for overalls, and she is rocking this denim pair. You often see them paired with a tank top, tee, or shirt in Summer, but layering a thicker sweater underneath is a bit more unexpected. Our 5″6 blogger has paired them with a cream chunky cable knit sweater for a casual Tomboy Winter look. The asymmetrical ribbed collar is a fun design detail that adds extra oomph. The slim fit on the overalls streamlines the look. The black leather biker jacket adds a touch of Hard Edge. This is balanced out by Rosamarie’s high-heeled booties with strap detailing and her bright red lipstick.

The shoes and accessories make this Audrey Hepburn-esque outfit. Our blogger is wearing a simple black slim-fit sweater and a pair of tailored ankle-length trousers. Sequins on the sleeve cuffs provide a pop of colour, but it’s the mustard yellow satchel that adds a true ray of sunshine to this all-black gamine look. The gold in the classically tied scarf echoes that happy colour. Pointy-toed loafers with long fringe create stylish textural interest. Dainty gold rings, black sunnies, dark red nail polish and Rosamarie’s signature red lipstick are the finishing touches.

For this borrowed-from-the-boys look, Rosamarie paired distressed boyfriend jeans with a wool crew neck sweater and black blazer. Mixing feminine and masculine pieces is our blogger’s trademark. Here, the straight fit on the blazer together with the black socks peeking out from under the rolled jeans and rugged brown suede oxfords are the masculine touches in an outfit that is reminiscent of Ines de la Fressange. Going with baby blue for the sweater on the other hand adds feminine softness, as do the red lippie, the simple bracelet and stud earrings.

Rosamarie built this outfit around an elegant knee-length full skirt with eye-catching nature print. Tucking a lightweight black turtleneck pullover into the skirt lengthens the leg line and showcases the fabulous print in its entirety. Black opaque tights keep our blogger’s gams warm and, together with the wood block-heeled wedges with dainty straps, further elongate the outfit. Opting for an equally eye-catching topper like this red mixed-media leather and suede jacket amps up the style quotient even more. Butterfly sunnies are the glam finishing touch.

This is a great example of Angie’s Denim on Denim Lite formula. Wearing two different shades of blue denim creates a tonal look that is visually interesting and doesn’t feel overly masculine. Rosamarie is wearing a bleached denim shirt with distressed boyfriend jeans in a medium blue wash. Rolling the shirt sleeves and popping the collar emphasizes the relaxed nonchalance of this Sporty look. Rolling the jeans once creates structure and exposes the fun green details of the Stan Smith sneakers. The black quilted crossbody with chain strap adds a girly playful touch, as does the red lippie. Rosamarie has kept the rest of the accessories simple: a single silver bracelet, her trusted sunnies and a belt with buckle that echoes her gold watch.

When asked which footwear trend for Spring 2017 she is looking forward to the most, Rosamarie said:

Rosamarie’s vibrant red moto jacket comes out to play again in a feminine casual look that makes me smile. Tucking the white V-neck tee into the cropped kick flare jeans elongates the leg line. At the same time this showcases the waistband with thin animal print belt. Pairing the on trend cropped kick flares with equally trendy square-toed ankle strap pumps also ensures a longer leg line. The kicky red shoes and leather jacket make the outfit sing. Neon red nail polish complements the outfit colours in a playful non-matchy way. Wearing her hair back in a signature knot showcases the dainty necklaces that fill the V-neckline of the T-shirt.

Team Red, Team White or Team Blue

Click:mining defoamer

We’re keeping it short, sweet and simple on this American Day of Independence. Which of these colours is your favourite? Note that any shade of red, white or blue counts. For example, think burgundy, cherry, fire engine or tomato for red. White, bone, off-white or cream for white. And ink blue, cobalt, navy or sky blue for blue. Absolutely NO batting for more than one team.

Tomato red has been a favourite colour for as long as I can remember. White, in all its shades, is my favourite neutral. Ink blue is my black. I adore a clear French blue, Tiffany blue, crisp turquoise, and pretty light blue. I wear all three colours throughout the year, across all sorts of wardrobe items, and sometimes in one outfit. I can’t possibly pick a side, so I’m sitting this one out on the bench with cold cucumber soup, fresh lobster rolls from Maine, coleslaw, crisps, and strawberry pavlova. Join me if you can’t pick a side.

Over to you. Do you bat for Team Red, Team White or Team Blue? Tell us why, and no batting for more than one side. I bet Team Blue will win this race. Prove me wrong.

7 Ugliest Outfits Worn By Celebrities In 2015

Click:微信筛选

Celebrities are known to dress nicely. From hot dresses to fancy suits, they work hand in hand with their designer to put together the latest fashion trends and what fits their bodies the best. They make sure to look their best.

But sometimes they can be really whacky. From bad choices of colors to just hideous outfits that should never see the light of day, celebrities sometimes dress so inappropriately that it shocks us. Here are their worst outfits for 2015.

Heidi Klum – Queen of Yellow

Heidi Klum is a beautiful woman. Millions of men will agree. But she will surely lose a few supporters after her appearance at the 2015 Emmy Awards. The ripped silk curtain-like right half of her dress, the feathery left-side, and the transparent golden net… everything looked bad. It was a really weird design. You don’t expect this from a career model.

Dencia – Straight Out of a Video Game

Dencia looked like a boss in Metroid the video game during the 2015 Billboard Music Awards. Under no circumstances is it okay to wear a full-body suit made of nylon socks and embedded with plastic jewels. There is no reason to blind onlookers with such an atrocious outfit. May be she should wear it at a video game convention.

June Ambrose – Mickey Mouse

June Ambrose looked like an animated character from your children’s favorite Sunday morning show, but admittedly, she looked happy in it. She could have tried this on the Bug’s Bunny and The Tweety Show. But it was just too much for The New York Fashion Week. You simply cannot walk among the fashion industry’ finest in this ugly attire.

Alan Cumming – Sailor Boy

Cumming tried a sailor suit for the 2015 Tony Awards for some strange unknown reason. The look would have suited a 10-year-old boy a lot more than this grown man. The material of his outfit is of good quality and the shade of blue is a good one. But overall, Alan looked creepy in this outfit.

Constance Jablonski – Stolen Window Curtains

Constance Jablonski is a gorgeous woman with a great body. However she looks totally shapeless and rather bland in this dress that reminds us of old bed sheets or window curtains. She wore it for the 2015 Tony Awards. The whole thing is very hippie-esque, but lacks the accessories. Better luck next time Constance.

David Lee Roth – The Latest Golfer in the PGA Tour

David Lee Roth looked like a golfer in this outfit. But the colors or styles don’t match. Adidas running shoes with a suit? That is weird! The suit was weird too. The diving outfit under the suit made it worse. There is no logical explanation why anyone would come up with such a creation.

Grace Coddington – Pajamawear
