United States Champion Andrade has been suspended for 30 days due to violating the WWE Wellness Policy, reports Pro Wrestling Sheet. He will be out of action until late February and could potentially miss this year’s WWE Super Showdown event in Saudi Arabia.

Andrade retained his title in a Royal Rumble rematch over Humberto Carrillo on Monday Night Raw, after his manager Zelina Vega saved him and forced the match to end in disqualification.

Carrillo gained a measure of revenge by delivering a DDT into exposed concrete, effectively writing Andrade off television while he serves out his suspension. No word at this time as to whether or not WWE has plans to vacate the United States title.
