RMC report that Lille captain Adama Soumaoro has spent the afternoon undergoing a medical with Leonardo Jardim’s AS Monaco ahead of a €13m transfer to the Principality side.

The 27-year-old was under contract with Les Dogues until 2021 but had a gentlemen’s agreement to quit the club this summer, having turned down the chance to join Everton 12 months ago.
