Allahabad youth who was approached by ISIS to help them get information on Indian Intelligence has informed police. ISIS offered the youth $5000 (Approx 3.5 lakh) per month. The youth was approached via a whatsapp group which had the ISIS logo depicting waging war to establish an Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

SP, Allahabad, Brajesh Kumar Srivastava told Hindustan Times that an FIR has been lodged and cyber crime cell would investigate it. Probe would also be ushered if other youth from the city have been lured by the terror organisation.
