WWE has uploaded alternative footage of Edge’s shocking return at Sunday’s 30-Man Royal Rumble match, in response to a huge amount of fan backlash over how the segment was produced on PPV. There were literally dozens of camera cuts during the Rated-R Superstar’s entrance, whiplashing through shots of the crowd – they even missed Edge’s all-important first spear.
