As we reported yesterday, WWE and the USA Network are both very concerned as to how well WWE RAW did in the ratings this past Monday night. While we still do not have a confirmation on a final number, we’ve been told that the number is not very good. Another low number would certainly be very disappointing to all parties involved. Look for the final rating to be posted here on the site sometime later today.
Speaking of ratings, the USA Network was the top rated prime time basic cable network for the month of July; however, they were down 15 percent from last year. One of the main reasons from the drop off from last year is the lagging 3.4 cable ratings that WWE RAW did on the 9th, 16th, and 23rd. This is further evidence that there is a lot of pressure on WWE to improve RAW’s performance.
