— Eric Bischoff criticized the Internet Wrestling Community (often abbreviated to IWC), which is a term used to describe a group of people who follow professional wrestling online. The IMPACT WRESTLING executive feels this portion of the wrestling fan base is ‘irrelevant’.
“Seems like 90% of the audience loves what the loudest 10% hates,” Bischoff wrote Wednesday on Twitter. “So who really matters? The 10%er’s can’t get over the fact that they are irrelevant. Ratings don’t lie. Research doesn’t lie. IWC smarks need to get over it.”
— Velvet Sky is featured in IMPACT WRESTLING’s latest “Why Wrestling Matters” video. The TNA Knockout discusses what drives her passion and dedication for professional wrestling.
“I knew from a very young age that I wanted to do something out of the norm with my life,” Sky said. “I knew, I knew this is what I wanted to do. I worked so hard, so hard, like no one will ever know how hard I worked but me, to get to the level of status that I am at right now.”
