Possible Spoiler On WWE's Plans For Vince McMahon's SmackDown Live Return

As noted, Vince McMahon has been announced for next Tuesday night’s episode of SmackDown Live.

As we reported earlier this week, the WWE Chairman is expected to announce Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens in a match of some sort for a future pay-per-view event.

According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline.com, the belief is that Vince will confirm Shane vs. Owens for the upcoming WWE Hell In A Cell 2017 pay-per-view when he makes his WWE television return at this coming Tuesday night’s episode of SmackDown Live.

Shane McMahon recently attacked the former WWE Universal and United States Champion, which led to him being suspended as the SmackDown Live Commissioner. As a result, many assume Vince will confirm what is already expected, which is that Shane is eligible to wrestle now that he is no longer the Commissioner of the blue brand.

“Obviously they’re building to Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon,” said Meltzer during a recent episode of his Wrestling Observer Radio program. “I’m guessing that Vince will announce that since Shane is no longer an authority figure, he can now be a wrestler and as a wrestler, he can put his hands on an opponent. So, I’m thinking that’s where that thing goes.”

WWE Hell In A Cell 2017, which is expected to feature the Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens match, is scheduled to go down from the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, October 8th, airing live via pay-per-view and the WWE Network.

Details on Jericho's Cruise: ROH Tournament, Multiple Special Guests, more

— Chris Jericho announced further details on his upcoming cruise at sea called “Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea” that will be held October 27-31, 2018 aboard the Norwegian Jade. The cruise will leave the Port of Miami and travel to the Bahamas and will feature a “Sea of Honor” 12-man tournament held by ROH and hosted by Jim Ross.

— Several other wrestling personalities were announced as special guests on the cruise including: Diamond Dallas Page, Mick Foley, Ricky Steamboat, Rey Mysterio and Raven.

— Live music will be provided by: Fozzy, Kyng, Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons, The Vies, Jim Breuer and The Loud and Rowdy, Shoot to Thrill, Blizzard of Ozzy and the Dave Spivak Project.

— Pricing is dependent on the number of guests and the stateroom selected but starts at $500 per person before tax and gratuities (if you are going with four people and staying in an inside room) all the way up to a $8000 for a single person in an owner’s suite.

Alexa Bliss On Earning Respect In WWE Locker Room, Anorexia Issues & More

RAW Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss recently spoke with The New York Post for an interview. Below are some of the highlights.

On her past issues with anorexia: “Oh gosh, I was a completely different person. It controls you and it consumes you in so many different ways. I remember my mom sitting me down and telling me I was in the hospital and she was like, ‘You are probably going to die from this’ because the doctors were telling her 1 in 4 people die from it and I was going to be that one because my body wasn’t responding. My heart wasn’t responding. Everything was just going downhill and I didn’t see it. Your brain doesn’t see it. I remember being in the hospital and not knowing why. That is why I try to be so open about it because people going through it, it consumes them and you tell them it doesn’t have to. You can move past your eating disorder and not let it have control over your life anymore.”

On becoming Women’s Champion: “It’s been an amazing journey that I’ve had with WWE. I always think about the first day I came to FCW at the time. I remember walking in and I had sparkly-sequence UGG boots on, sparkly-sequence jacket on and matching sequence backpack. The head instructor, Bill Dumont, goes. ‘What are you?’ I was just like, ‘I’m Lexi.’ I didn’t know what else to say. You could probably see me from space. I was very just like not knowing anything and watching the girls on the first day. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, they are so good.’ That day I didn’t think I would ever be able to get to their level and to have the opportunity to be champion has been absolutely incredible.”

On if she has the respect of the WWE locker room: “Oh god, I don’t know if I still have it now. It’s one thing coming in, not being a part of the indies stuff like that and doing well. It’s another to now be part of the indies and be champ. It’s an ongoing thing, but the girls that I work with now are amazing. When I came up to SmackDown I was super nervous. I never really worked with these girls before. I have to say, the group of women I was drafted with to “SmackDown Live” were the most welcoming and most amazing women I’ve ever worked with.”
