Addie Cook, 2, was killed after a rough wrestling bout with Richard Gamache Jr. who was said to have slammed the 2-year-old down several times. One of the wrestling moves he did was a Batista Bomb. Apparently, there was evidence of abuse going on long before this day. When the EMT’s arrived on the scene, little Addie was having a seizure.
The mother, Cheyenne Cook, 19 is being charged with endangering the welfare of a child and Richard Gamache Jr, 24 is being charged with child abuse or possibly neglect of a child that has resulted in death. 
WWE has since given a statement regarding this incident: 

“We are deeply saddened by this tragic death and hope that the guilty parties are brought to justice. There is no excuse or justification for the brutal and ultimately fatal beating of a 2-year-old child by a grown man. This is a clear case of criminal intent and a lack of parental supervision.”
