Four dead in shooting outside Mexican president's residence: report

Four people were killed and two were injured in a shooting near Mexico’s National Palace where the president lives on Saturday, Reuters reported, citing officials.

President Andrés Manuel López Obrador was in the southeast region, not Mexico City where the shooting occurred, according to Reuters.

Initial reports indicate that a man entered a neighborhood to relieve himself, and after two people reproached him, he took out a gun and opened fire, Mexico City authorities said on Twitter.
