Premier League leaders Chelsea rejected two consecutive loan offers from PSG last week for Belgian forward Michy Batshuayi, according to L’Équipe.

PSG Director of Football Patrick Kluivert was seeking to bring Batshuayi into the club initially on loan with the option of making it a permanent move, with the Belgian international having been manager Unai Emery’s number one target as backup for Edinson Cavani.

Chelsea have for now rejected PSG’s advances.
