Barcelona had scouts at last night’s Ligue 1 match between OGC Nice and ESTAC Troyes to watch Ivorian central midfielder Jean-Michaël Seri, according to Nice Matin.

Seri has a €40m release clause, and is receiving interest from Arsenal as well as the Catalan club.
